I love christmas socks. Is there anything better on your feet than those dual packets of toe nuzzling joy than the kinds of warm and fuzzy socks one recieves at this time of year? Really, I want to know.

Dear Futureshop

Please cancel this order, if you ever bother to find it, I do not wish to complete it. Futureshop has permanently lost me as a customer. My order was bungled and I was thoroughly ignored for all my attempts to get things righted.

FYI - I placed this order on December 12, 2011. I asked for air shipping. When it did not arrive after 10 days I called. I was told the issue would be “expedited” and I would be contacted within 2 days. After 6 days I called back and was told the issue would be “expedited” again and I would be called within 24 hours. That was two days ago.

I’ve also been in touch with Twitter CS personnel for FS and also web forums (they kindly locked my thread for me) and I received nothing of any use other than to call the 800 number and be “expedited” again.

Thanks for nothing. You can expedite this order into the null/void. I’ve purchased from FS for years for business and personal tech… never again.
